5. Applications (incl. WhatsApp)

If you apply to us by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the personal data transmitted exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure and deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship.

Applications via WhatsApp

When using WhatsApp, messages are processed via servers of Meta Platforms Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The transfer takes place to a third country without an equivalent level of data protection. Use is voluntary.
We recommend that you do not send any sensitive documents via WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Storage duration

We store application documents for up to 6 months after completion of the application process, unless legal obligations or consent permit longer storage.

 

6. Plugins and tools

Google Fonts (local)

We use locally integrated Google Fonts. No connection to Google servers is established.
 

OpenStreetMap

We integrate map material from the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
The following data, among others, can be transmitted:

  • Usage behaviour
